übersetzungsbüro was founded in 1987 in Cologne, Germany, at Buchholz Gallery by Josef Strau. Now, twenty-five years later, it re-materializes in Berlin- again at Buchholz Gallery- in the new ground floor location. Stefan Tcherepnin is the recently appointed co-curator of übersetzungsbüro.
